I'm having trouble enabling client side log uploads. On the SA, under System->Log/Monitoring->Client Logs->Settings every box is checked, and 200 megs of space is reserved.
Under Users->User Roles-><role>->General->Session options "Enable Upload Logs" is checked.
When I start "NC Troubleshooting" and then Network Connect, I can see the log entries scroll by in the NC Troubleshooting window, but the "Upload Logs" button is greyed out.
What am I missing?
