Users getting time out warning while working in Citrix (Citrix Listed Applicaitons)

I have users reporting they are getting "due to inactivity your session will expire unless you press OK" while activly working in Citrix. It appears that the system is not recognizing the Citrix traffic as session activity. Has anyone run into this before?

Dean, how are you delivering the Citrix apps, are you using J-SAM, W-SAM, CTS or some other method? There is a seeting under Roles>[role name]>Session Options lablelled Idle timeout application activity however I do not know if this is relevant in this instance.

If you are deivering via J-SAM you should be able to see the byte counters increase as activity occurs within the Citrix environment

We are using the "Citrix Listed Applications" under Terminal Services Resource Profiles for delivering the Citrix apps. The idle timeout is set to 60 minutes and the Reminder time is set to 5 minutes. So basically every 55 minutes the users are getting the pop-up and then can click OK to continue. But then it does it again in 55 minutes. Etc.
