I have 2 users who are unable to install Network Connect at all. No matter how many times I remove and delete the Juniper files and folders off their PCs by following the instructions in the Juniper KBs 1 user always receives an error 23787 and one user always receives 24324.
Has anyone got any recommendations as to how to get NC installed?
Users are both Windows 7 64 bit (upgraded from XP)
Do these users have local admin rights on their computers?
Network Conect driver installation failed. please exit and try again.
Please help me.
