Hi, I have a question regarding the ability for users using iPhone, iPad and Windows mobile. They manage to login to the Juniper SA 4500 but when they are logged in; they can't use preferences to change their password. Logging and changing passwords in via web browsers works fine. Normally, I search the PR (problem report) database for this type of question. But I don't see a match for this one.
If the match is found the PR db will not the software release where the issue is fixed.

If you don't get a definitive answer here, I would open a JTAC case and ask them to research the PR and resolution status.
