I have a slighly off the wall question - I work for a reseller and trying to find the most effective way to demonstrate some of the various capabilities of the SSL box. I am thinking of building out some VMWare partitions on one of our "demo" laptops - then loading up a few different operating systems. This way, when at a clients I can hit our demo SSL box and show them how the box works with Linux, XP, ..... different host check functions ......
I have never attempted to access the SSL box via a VMWare session and before I go to any effort I thought I would throw the question out to the community. Does anyone have any experience running against the SSL box from virtual sessions, and if so are there any issues you can advise me on.
Thanks!
Hi,
Take into account to use the AcmeGizmo website (http://www.acmegizmo.com/). Almost every feature of the SA can be shown with that demo network.
The only disatvantage: You have to be online.

Dominik
Hey Dominik - thanks for the reply - I am a big fan of AcmeGizmo. We just decided to do our own cause we use it so much anyway and this way we will have a really well customized demo.
I think that AcmeGizmo is a hidden jewel that most reseller partners don't use enough of.
I do this all the time to test domain member and non-domain member computers for various policies. I also test Ubuntu. Haven't tried a Mac in VMWare. Works great.
