VMWare Horizon Client doesnt connect

Hello,

we updated our VMWare View Server to Version 7.0.3, which is fully supported in Pulse Secure Docs.
Since the Update we have the Problem, that the VMWare Horizon Client doenst connect to the pools.

I See the pools and the Client starts, but the Horizon Client Windows keeps in Start Window, nothing happens.

We use VMWare Horizon Client 4.0.2, but the updated Version 4.3.0 doenst work too

where can i search for reason????

What is the error given in the client?
What is the error given in the user access log? Events log?

If you have not done so, please open a case so we can investigate further
