VMware Horizon View HTML Access using BLAST

As an update:

I just tried accessing but can't connect to a virtual desktop using HTML Blast. We recently upgraded to Horizon View 5.3 and Juniper SA 8.0R3.1. It won't even connect this time--just states "Desktop Disconnected: Your desktop has been disconnected. Attempting to reconnect to desktop..." immediately after click on the the desktop pool. And I can connect fine internally. Not sure...guess I'll have to open another case with JTAC.

Anyone else having success with this? If so, which versions are you using?

EDIT: Wanted to also mention I've tried on a few different browsers without success.

The official answer is that Juniper doesn't currently support VMware HTML Access using View 5.3 and Horizon 6.0.

Support is expected with JunosPulse 8.1 which is tentatively scheduled to be released this month (originally expected to be released in Q3 of this year). We'll see if Juniper releases as stated or pushes back the release date yet again.

8.1R1 did not work for us. I'm not sure about 8.1R2.

But we're running VMware Horizon 6.0 which I was told wouldn't be supported until later this year, including support for HTML Access. Supposedly 8.1R1 supports View 5.3 but I haven't been able to confirm this.

Unfortunately it appears Juniper/PulseSecure doesn't have this very high on their list. We've basically given up and are looking into other products/solutions. You should really look at the f5 APM to support PCoIP natively.

Can you clarify what you mean by "we are actively fix issues"? Does this mean VMware HTML Web Access is supported today? If so, which specific versions? If not, can you please provide a matrix on what is supported (and what not supported) and then an estimated time or version that will support this feature.

Juniper/PulseSecure has not been very good on communicating support for VMware Horizon and related features.

Reading 8.1x release notes I have been not able to find any statement about html5 VDI support.
