VPN Sign-In Page Prompting for User/Pass & Secondary Password (RSA) - Should show Realm Choice

For MAC users, including myself. I have OS X 10.6. When going to our SSL VPN Homepage, Username, Password & Secondary Password (our RSA Token solution) show up. No Realm Choice which should be there. Works well with Windows users, our primary choice of OS. I do have network connect installed with the recommended lines entered into Terminal (sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/juniper/nc/6.5.0/
sudo mkdir '/Applications/Network Connect.app/Contents/Frameworks') . I can get connected into our VPN but only because I am an admin & can enter information into the (3) fileds that are showing up on our homepage. This is not the case for regular users as they require the drop down choices that are in the missing Realm option. I have a Role created for MAC users that does not have Cache-Cleaner enabled. Thanks in advance...

Do any of your realms have some type of restriction on them? What does a policy trace show?
