got this problem.
I use a juniper network SSL client to connect to customer VPN. Client version is Network Connect 7.0.0.
No problems connecting, it shows the "lock" tray icon with the green blinking lights and so on. Problem is, in 5 minutes it will crash. Tray icon is still there but connection works no more. (I have a remote desktop connection and a web application becoming unreachable). So I have to manually sign out (either right-clicking the tray icon and "exit"ing or clicking the sign-out link in the web page) and sign-in again, and all is fine... for the next 5 minutes.
It is quite frustrating.
Other colleagues (different laptop hw/sw) have no problems of this kind. I've tried and shutdown kaspersky antivirus (not only suspend) and I've got no active firewall.
OS is Windows 7, pc model is Toshiba Satellite Pro 64bit 8gbRam. What else could I check?

Is there a case open for this issue? it would help to be able to review the debug.log on the client machine.

No, I didn't open a case 'cause I considered it a "local" issue (for others it works fine). Do you reckon this problem is anyway eligible to become a case?
