VPN shows connected but I am not able to access any VPN site or public site

I am able to connect with Pulse secure VPN, I mean it shows connected but I am not able to access any VPN application or public application like google.

This is the issue with me only. Everyone in my team is able to use it without any issue.

I confirmed with network team and they say it shows connected at there end in backend logs at server.

I am using Pulse secure version 9.1.3(1413) on Dell laptop

@romal22 Are you using full tunnel or split tunnel?

Please capture the traffic on both physical and virtual interface using wireshark and check if DNS resolution/connection attempt is made through which interface.

Can you do nslookup to any of the public site and see if you're getting an IP address? What is the browser that's being displayed when accessing internet site?
