How did you make out with this? I'm also experiencing the same symptoms with many users. I have an open jtac case for 2 weeks with no help.
I gave up!
I had a TAC case open but they were blaming the infrastructure between the SA6500 and the internet. We have old ISA's and multiple firewalls so I cannot just re-engineer our infrastructure and I couldn't argue with TAC so I gave up.
Can you please provide the case number? I will see what I can do to help from our side.
