Visual studio 2015 remote debugger (MSVSMON.exe) not working after upgrade pulse secure to version 8.2R7.1 from 8.1R8

when any program try to invoke MSVSmon.exe, got error message msvsmon.exe does not appear to be running on the remote computer. this may be because a firewall is preventing communication to the remote computer.

Is this an intentional attempt or are you seeing this message when you are not trying to run the remote debugger?

when start visual studio to debug, it will get error message, so you couldn't debug code in visual studio any more.
all programmers lost debug function.

Without URA, then everything works fine.
