Users using Cisco IP Communicator to make voice calls, the calls cut in and out.
Voice drops in many a times.
Is there any property or configuration where we could provide soe QoS service or give priority to voice oover data?
We are using a 6500 with IVE OS 6.5R2. Our corporate laptop users use the Cisco IP communicator over Net Connect.
We have found that there are certain versions of the Cisco Soft Phone that perform poorly. In particular 7.0.6. seems to be a huge improvement over 7.0.3 in terms of voice quality. Our users were reporting hissing noises in addition to dropped calls.

What is your transport mode? QoS is available only with ESP via the TOS bits copy option on the role. I have seen dropped calls with SSL as the transport frequently.
Where you able to find the solution to your problem?
