Vpn reconnect every 5 minutes while I'm using a LTE hotspot

We're having trouble with a specific LTE provider. When we connect pulse vpn throught a LTE hotspot, we reconnect every 5 minutes.

We tried with different LTE provider, with wired connection, with wifi connection and we can't reproduce the trouble.

The trouble started late May early June.

The conmputer has a private IP adress and the LTE provider NAT the adress to a public one.

Can you confirm the VPN transport mode? ESP or SSL? Right click on the connection -- Advanced connection details.

Please reproduce and attach the debug logs for review. (File -- logs -- save as).
