WSAM IDD_TIMOUT

Hi all,

after 15 mins of a session my users get the error message :

IDD_TIMEOUT

i thought this was due the cache cleaner so i have disabled it,

but still the problem persists, i trired to check the KB and the tech docs for this error message with no luck.

any1?

Which version of code are you runningn as the following bug was fixed in 5.3R8 release?

WSAM - Fixed "IDD_TIMEOUT" error when clicked on "Sign-Out" in WSAM.
