I have a customer on IVE 7.1 that has a bad user role configured. users in this role use WSAM, and when it connects their internet traffic, not just the wsam application, slows to a crawl. If they use Network Connect instead of WSAM the issue is not present. I believe they created a test role and added wsam and the issue didn't happen their either.
Has anyone run into something like this with WSAM that can suggest where to look? My plan is to duplicate the offending role and map a test user to it and make changes, remove resources, etc until I find what's breaking it. I'm hoping someone's run into this and can save me a bit of time.
To clarify, other user roles are working fine, it appears to just be this one role from what I've been told. Thanks in advance for your responces
go to the user role >SAM >applications for non working and working user role and compare the settings.
