Last month, we bought a Microsoft surface X, and we are trying to connect with some governmental apps, that requires the WSAM, but it wont connect, and I`m getting crazy.
The surface is new, without any programs, and all firewall disconected.
The app starts good, but its icon doesnt change to green, is white (Won't connect). The log from the SAM says:

@runage Please clarify if you're using WSAM or Pulse Client (Pulse SAM). WSAM is a legacy client and I don't expect it to work with latest version of Windows.
If you're using Pulse Client SAM< then please let me know if you're seeing connect/disconnect loops or any error message presented while connecting?
