Hello,
when I try to reorder the web bookmarks in a role, I'm getting the error Failed to reorder Bookmark: <role>
I've got this on all roles for the web bookmarks. In another role I have some Terminal Services bookmarks, and here I can reorder them.
Is it possible to reorder web bookmarks or not?
Regards,
cK.
It's definitely possible to reorder web bookmarks, as I just tried on ours and it worked fine. I'm not sure why it's not working for you though. Do you have full admin rights?
Keith
Hello,
I'm logged on as 'administrator', so I should have all admin rights.
FYI, I'm running 5.5R7 (build 13237) on our SA4000.
Regards,
cK
I do not see any errors in the logs, only info about users logging in and out.
Also when running the policy tracer for the administrator, I only get info logs
During policy trace, I specified the admin realm.
Maybe a stupid question, but where can I find the administrator log?
Never be afraid to ask the obvious questions. It's in Log/Monitoring > Admin Access. I just tried a policy trace for my admin session on our IVE & it didn't log anything. So I guess policy trace's don't log admin sessions.
I assume you're able to create & edit web bookmarks still?
Hey cK - this smells like a bug of some type. Seeing as you can change other categories of bookmarks, and you said you have no special, delegated admin rights then your setup sounds fine.
I just did a quick scan of release notes since 5.5 and there is nothing about any bookmark issue. Sounds like you may need to open a case.
One other thought - did you try this with multiple browsers. Perhaps you have run into some obscure browser bug. Sounds more like a Juniper code issue but you never know.
