Web rewrite policy doesn't fix Refresh meta tag?

I'm trying to allow Web access to my ShoreTel Communicator's new web interface through my SA-2500.

However, after the login prompt, it just spins.  When doing a View Source on the page, I noticed the web rewrite didn't seem to touch the following meta tag:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5; url='http://192.168.11.10:5449/options/?user-dn=4117&username=ingo&browser-ip=192.168.10.205&user-role=us..."/>
</noscript>

Is this normal?  Is there a way to convince it?

System Version 6.5R2 (build 14951) - a bit behind, I know.

Re: Web rewrite policy doesn't fix Refresh meta tag?

Hi,

I would recommend opening a JTAC case as the rewriter is supposed to detect the content type and rewrite it and there seems to be an issue there, unless you want to try with passthrough proxy.

I'll upgrade to the latest 7.1 then.  If that doesn't help, I'll go with JTAC.

Thanks, it helps to know that it's supposed to work.
