When using the web method, pulse often prompts that the username and password are invalid

When using the web method, pulse often prompts that the username and password are invalid, but the client can connect normally.
Wondering what caused it. Because most of my users log into pulse in web mode.

thanks

Hi zanyterp

Thank you for your reply

Different environments and locations, different roles, and different strategies will have the same problems.

But it will return to normal after a while, and this problem has always bothered me.

you are welcome; i am sorry i am not sure
those messages are handled by the server and is presented based only on the response from the server you are authenticating against and not the appliance itself.
do you have any users that can trigger it on-demand?

All users experience this issue.
I tried restarting the device and the problem was solved. But it won't last long and the problem recurs.mountains or hills
