Alright, I have been tasked with fixing a SA4500 appliance.
The support team has granted me access to the PCS 8.1Rx version downloads.. This appliance is currently running 6.3R7..
Going through the PDF files.. My upgrade path is
6.3R7 to 7.1R1 to 7.1R16 to 8.0R1 to 8.1R13
8.1R13 I can download.. I can not find any of the other versions... Where are they hiding? Or is this something support needs to grant me access to as well?
-Yes I searched and searched, and searched again.. Closest I have come is 7.1R4 on some archive website.. Am I missing something?

I did open a case, took a bit to get 7.4R1.0... I didn't need the 7.1Rx versions..
The support engineer was requesting the files from the archives.. Eventually got the 7.4.. Never got the 8.0Rx releases from support.
Lots of Google-Fu and I evenually found them. All good now.
Yes, nice to hear this is resolved for him.
But as a customer, not so nice to hear support is unable to provide necessary versions for steps in an upgrade process.
I sincerely hope you will be looking into this situation and future requests for necessary step up versions will be easily accommodated.
Did that not happen because I am in the same boat now. I need the R7 software to upgrade to 8 and beyond. Why hide it ? What can I do ?
