Why doesn't the junos pulse have any connection or tab to add connection?

Anyone here willing to help with this issue or bug or whatever it is?

I have not seen this problem before, but I would assume it is a failed install.

I would use add/remove programs to repair the install and if that does not work to uninstall and reinstall fresh.

Everytytime i try to install from the direct link from the juniper website it never installs, ut starts to rollback installation and says installation fails

And when i use the download from the ip address for the vpn, it installs and the image i attached is all you see

What do i do from here? Are there some prerequisites or something blocking some stuffs somewhere???

Thanks for the solution.

Also remember that your Pulse version should match that installed on the connection device.  So if you do download from Juniper pull the same version.
