Re: Win 7 64 bit

It doesn't appear to be a priority.

The Linux client has issues with 64bit as well.

Re: Win 7 64 bit

I hope this is on the near term roadmap. The Win7 64bit workstations are going to power users who tend to be senior execs that do a lot of work on the road and from home offices.

Re: Win 7 64 bit

Most things should work fine on 64-bit Windows. You just need to use the 32-bit version of IE, which is the default anyway. Network Connect even hasa 64-bit client.

Who uses the 64-bit version of IE anyway? Most plugins for IE like Flash, etc don't work with 64-bit. The standard 32-bit IE works just fine on Windows 7 x64.

Re: Win 7 64 bit

As mentioned by df, there is a lot that is functioning on x64 Windows as long as the x32 IE is used; is there something specific that is not working for you?

Re: Win 7 64 bit

Thanks for the notes, I was assuming that since IE is so tied to the OS it would require the 64 bit version on the 64 bit OS. I'll have to make sure the desktop group configures these systems with the 32 bit version.

I am in phase one of a three phase roll-out. The SSL-VPN is part of phase two so I don't have specific issues yet we are in the planning phase. As we test functions I'll let you know if there are issues later this summer.
