Win7/IE11 and 7.4R13

Our company is in the process of migrating to IE 11. When users try to connect, they get an error message that says "The webpage cannot be displayed" and the URL is: jar:https://my.company.com/dana-na/auth/proxy.jar!/proxy.html.

Adding our URL to Compatability View Settings resolves the problem.

Does anyone know what can be causing this? I've open a JTAC case, but they've said that because it works to compatability view, there is nothing that they can do.

I believe it's due to the redesign of IE11.

Compatibility View forces use of the old engine.

Re: Win7/IE11 and 7.4R13

I understand that  the IE 11 has a new engine. I'm trying to understand why I need to use Compatability View, when my setup is listed as Qualified.
