Windows 10 Command Line install switches for Pulse Secure Setup Client Installer EXE

Secure Setup Client Installer EXE - Version 8.1.101.61631
Need to install on remote users laptops via admin command line (powershell prompt) silently or no interaction from user, what would be the syntax?
EXE is what we are provided, the MSI apparently is not an option for this enterprise...

The setup client does not have an MSI or stand-alone installer
It is available for installation only at runtime when the user logs in from the browser

So there is not a way to pre-install the client without giving Admin executable privilege to every user?

ours is deployed to the clients which our desktop guys do, so dont know of the process so there must be a way as our users wont have admin?

Pulse Installer Service can be deployed.
This service will run with admin privileges and will take care of installing "SetupClient" or "PSAL" on behalf of a non admin users.
PIS will do the installation in the user profile ! So if you have some AppLocker policy that prevent running binaries from user profile, the AppLocker rules must be updated (by example: allow execution of applications signed by "PulseSecure")
