Windows 10 IE Install Host Checker ? Pluse

I am testing with Windows 10 en installing Host Checker and Pulse Client. it looks like that that the Host checker client is downloaded but the install does not start.

I did not see this before on Windows 8 or 7.

Is there a easy way to download and configure the Pulse client for my users on their home PC/Laptop?

In my experience, you have to use Internet Explorer or Firefox, not the default Windows Edge browser and you have to have the Java web plug-in installed since the Active-X method does not seem to work.

This is a known issue which we are actively investigating. The workaround is to add the PCS url to the Trusted Sites Zone and disable Protected Mode. For more known issues, please refer to the following KB:

I find the same problem with Firefox.

Somewhere in the SA JavaScript there are validations of something "windows nt 6" or "windows nt 5"... since windows 10 is nt 10.0 it doesn't run.

I change the agent string of firefox from 10.0 to 6.1 and it runs normally.

The 'Trusted Sites Zone' workaround, works for me.

Will check back for a permanent solution, maybe also for Chrome

The work around with trusted zones does not seems to work anymore. If I get to host checker I am logout again.
