Hi, I'm trying to install PulseSecure for class and am having some issues on my personal desktop. I'm running Windows 10 and downloading a pulse secure launcher from my school's VPN website (so I'm not sure which version I'm trying to install). After installing most of the way and finishing the "configuring" stage, the green bar rolls back and then the following error pops up:
System Error
Please sign in and try again, if the problem continues, please contact your system administrator.
When I click OK I get a second error:
Detected an internal error.
Please retry, if the issue persists, contact your administrator
While doing some Googling to figure out if I could solve this on my own I came accross the following webpage from PulseSecure: https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB40362 I don't understand most of it as it is pretty technical - I have the gist that I need to modify some options in the client which I'm trying to install? Well I went looking to see if any clients or applications were installed in my Program Files and I found the following logs:
