We currently have a SA-700 and have a user that whenever they download and install Junos Pulse, it does not install or recognize the network adapter that installs along with it.
I've currently tried completely uninstalling all of Junos and reinstalling. Turning off any and all firewall and anti-virus software on the user's PC but getting the same result. You'll connect to Junos Pulse and it will not show an IP in ipconfig. I can see that the user is connected looking on the admin GUI of the SA-700.
