We are having an issue with our Windows 1 0 workstations where Pulse connect successfully but sometimes the client won't pass any data. Happens randomly, usually 1 out of 5 trys. The client always connects but sometimes you can't ping across it. Our Windows 7 machines are fine. We have not been able to identify a certain build of Win 10 or patch causing this. Has anyone else seen this? The other end is a Juniper 220srx. We have the 5.3 version and 9.0.1 of the PulseSecure client. Thanks.

While the Pulse Desktop Client still includes connectivity options to the Juniper SRX, it's not actually supported by us at this time. You may be need to reach out to JTAC.
Good afternoon. We have a similar problem that we can not solve. Can you find the solution options?
Good afternoon. The solution suggested by you unfortunately did not solve our problem. Tell me what equipment similar to the Juniper SRX240 works with 9.0.1 of the PulseSecure client and is supported by your company? Thanks.
Hi, if you're looking for a firewall, you'll need to talk to Juniper. The last supported client is 5.1. We have spun out as Pulse Secure since that release and do not officially support/test it with SRX for IPSec connections. If you're looking for a great remote access solution, that you can use Pulse Connect Secure. Please let me know if you want to learn more.
Are you currently using the Pulse Client for anything other than connecting to SRX?
Thank you for your prompt response.
Yes, we are looking for an excellent solution for remote connection to SRX from client PCs with Windows 10. I understand that Pulse Connect Secure is used only for mobile devices? You can offer Pulse Connect Secure for PC with Windows 10.
Pulse Connect Secure is for all enduser devices (Win, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, ChromeOS, Window Phone, etc). I will send you a private message to get your contact info to help you learn more.
Thank you. How can I get Pulse Connect Secure for Windows 10? If possible, please send a version for testing to [email protected]
If you are the pulse secure administrator you download the new client packages for loading on your appliance and clients here.
If you are an end user, contact your help desk and ask them to load the newer clients on the appliance that can auto upgrade your computer.
hello Well, we have a version 5.1 and this is so, what are you suggesting to do?
