Sorry for not being clear. Recent updates to how Windows 10 handles network drivers breaks the Pulse secure application. So if you are having problems you likely need a newer version.
If you are the pulse secure administrator you download the new client packages for loading on your appliance and clients here. Only licensed purchasers have this option.
If you are an end user, contact your help desk at the company you are connecting to for the Pulse secure VPN. Ask them to load the newer clients on their appliance that can auto upgrade your computer. Or give you the download link for the newest version from their appliance.
Good afternoon.
We got ps-pulse-win-5.3r3.0 from the link you provided: https://my.pulsesecure.net.
But this did not solve the problem, with Windows 10 and this version does not work.
Can you tell which version of Pulse Connect Secure works with the SRX 240 and Windows 10 and is checked by you?
Thank you.
I was having the same issue. I would successfully log in, but unable to connect to any other machines or services. I uninstalled Malwarebytes, and that solved the problem. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, fully updated.
Here's the mystery. I'm running Windows 10 Pro on other boxes along with Malwarebytes, but those do not have the same issue. If this solution doesn't work for you, then remove all software from the startup and reboot. Then add in each software you want in your startup, one at a time until you hit the problem.
What version of Pulse Secure is affected by this issue and which version resolves it?
