Windows 11 Missing Virtual Adapter

Hello,
I have tried Pulse Secure versions 9.1r15-b15819 and 9.1r14-b13525. Both install without any warnings or errors. Upon attempting to connect, r14 tells me that the connection is successful, but does not give me access to the server I am supposed to be connected to. r15 gives an error stating "Invalid PCS URL, hence disconnecting".

It seems like there is no network adapter installed on my machine. I am using the latest public build of Windows 11. Troubleshootings steps online state to check device manager for network adapters, but there are none installed on my device (apart from my Wi-Fi/ethernet card).

I have tried installing, removing, restarting, reinstalling the two versions of Pulse secure mentioned above multiple times, but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Windows 11 Missing Virtual Adapter

thank you for getting that information for me
based on that, you are not being assigned to a role that allows access to the pulse client to create a tunnel
if you are the admin, please login and check your role settings and if an ip is being assigned to your role
if you are a user, please check with your IT team
