Windows 7 - 32 bit Rollbacks Install

We're trying to use the PulseConnect that downloads directly from the CMS/Medicare website.

I also tried PulseConnect straight from this site, and both had the same issue.

Install pauses most of the way through, the it rollsback all changes and says there is an error and to contact your system admin (that's me)

Any ideas, or links to other threads on the same issue?

If you're installing the pulse client using MSI file, then please generate the debuglog during installation and attach it for review.

Command line to generate install logs:

msiexec /i (MSI file path) /l*v (Directory+filename -- D:\msilogs.txt)
