Windows 8.1 losses network connectivity when Pulse 64 bit installed..help!

I have a Windows 8.1 64 bit HP laptop that loses it's connectivity to the network as soon as Pulse is installed. I have tried the HP supplied V5.0r3 & the latest V5.0r6. I have do uninstall the to get back network connectivity. I have searched around the web for the solution and have not found one.

Any ideas?

Ok found out more. Only the WIFI does not work. Eithernet works fine with Pulse. The WIFI connects to the router just fine but with Pulse installed it can not pass traffic out to the internet. Says the connection is limited. Oddly if I plug in a usb wireless G adapter that works fine. The HP laptop uses an Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205 wireless card. I updated the drivers to the latest version from Intel but I still have the problem.

Any ideas?

What's the driver version? Is wireless suppression enabled? Other machines working?
