Windows Mobile 5 to SA2000

I have an MC35 running Windows Mobile 5 and am trying to connect to SA2000. From the handheld device it looks like my user-id/password is accepted - I get a screen that allows me 'help' and 'sign out'. However, I cannot do a Terminal Services Client (remote desktop). It keeps telling me /the connection to the server has timed out.

Can someone provide suggestions, or point me to some documentation?

You have to use WSAM to tunnel the terminal service client. Intgerated TS is not supported on Win Mobile.

Do I need to download/install something on the handheld device?

I am certainly willing to do some research if someone can point me to Juniper documentation or instructions.
