We have some W10 hosts with problems to achieve windows update management sofware agent compliance.
They use windows 10 windows update agent and our HC policy validates all 10.x windows update versions. Most of the cases the PCs are compliance with this, but in some not.
Previously, we had to update some pending KBs but in this moment all is ok.
Our conection is ESP.
We have found this error logs but we dont gent with the problem:

Can you help us?
Hello @SegEE ,
This WAAPI_ERROR_NO_CONNECTION" is a very general error.
I recommend to open a case with our support to troublshoot this issue. Usually when you see the error, it can mean more than one thing. If it is a big, we will process a bug to fix the issue.
Thanks,
Ed
Are they all using the English language region?
as @mustangs550 recommended, please work with our support team for further investigation
Our Support contact said that this policy is anormally slow.
He recommended us to shut it down until news.
In this moment, the support is cheking it in theis labs with the same results.
Thanks.
