I am trying to connect with Junos Pulse 5.0.3 and Pulse secure 5.2.5 but I am getting this error:
How can I fix this? I am using mac osx High Sierra.
You are getting this message from the "Host Checker" feature. The specific rules here on what type of device is allowed to connect are setup by the IT group that runs the specific Pulse secure applicance you are connecting to.
It appears that IT group has chosen to deny access to any Apple OSX device. You will need to open a ticket with their help desk and request they allow OSX connections. Pulse Secure and host checker does support this but your particular team has chosen to deny the access for their own policy reasons.
If you have Symantec antivirus, update the virus definitions and you should be able to log in pulse. It works on our domain. I get the exact error occasionally.
