bookmark problem????

Hi

i created local user, role (for web access), create bookmark (http://30.30.30.10 for access of a server), role mapping rules, and then create resource policy. But when user login then no bookmark is available although i configured it.

Please help me out

when the user is logged in, check the Active Users page to verify they are getting the correct role with the bookmarks.

If they are a member of more than one role, make sure they are merging all the policies and its not being over ridden somewhere.

You coukd also try a policy trace to see which users gets which role and why.
