Hi all,

is there any way to ban a user after 3 failed authentication attempts?

we have tested and seen that even 10 failed attempts the SA still prompts for a username and password

Under Configuration>Security you find Lockout Options that control Rate, Attempts and Lockout Period counters.

In the Security settings there are Lockout options that allow you control rates of failed login attempts. Check in the admin guide for an explanation and example of how it works as it is a little confusing.
