can't connect to juniper SSL VPN

Hi all

I really need your help.

We have a pc installed on windows 7 professional. I already registered its MAC address to the Juniper SA 700 for the host checker. The pc also installed japanese languages since the user will be japanese. When we tried to connect it showed error which i attached below. My PC is also windows 7 professional and connecting to our SSL VPN is fine. I didn't encountered the same error.

Can anyone help me on this. Is Japanese language supported by the Juniper SA-700?

Could you check the User Access logs on the SA? It should give you more details on why the connection was disallowed.

japanese OS should be fine. are you logging in to the same realm? the message you shared had the user failing due to not allowing the host checker connection control (xp only), the MAC address has not been entered as allowed, and your custom imc/imv checks are failing
