It seems we only have 1 license for Meetings, when I try to open a 2nd concurrent meeting it says we can only open 1. Thing is, we remember buying 10 meeting licenses but I can't find where I check how many Meeting licenses we have, or what the serial for it is.
Any idea where I can check this?
You can check if a Meeting license is installed directly on your device under:
System> Configuration > Licensing > Licensing
If there is no license which Speciffically reffers to Pulse collaboration, then chances are that none is installed.
The Licenses which enable you to have more collaboration users will have the "MTG" part in the license type i.e PSA-MTG-25U, ACCESSX600-MTG-25U etc.
If there is not MTG licenses on your appliance, or license server(special pulse secure appliance designated to lease out licenses to other appliances), then you would be limited to the defualt Collaboration user count.
If you are positive that you bought a meeting license, but it is not installed on your appliance you can open an Admin type ticket with Pulse Support and they can check if you hvae this License bought or not.
They can also help you install it on the appliance- the license will be tied to the HW ID it was purchased for though, so you cannot transfer it from one appliance to another.
Should it turn out that you do not have such a license the best bet would be to reach out to your sales contact for Pulse Secure and get one if you are interested.
could you please tell me what is the default value for the Meeting License/ Collaboration on a MAG2600 ? how many concurrent users can use this feature by default before buying any license related to MTG ?
