I have some users that need to implement a cisco voip for remote workers. Pulse and NC client show the same MAC for the users so they can't register their phones correctly.
Anyone have this working? Any hints or tips?
I've been using Cisco CUPC (8.6) and Jabber (Beta for the Mac) with SA 7.x Pulse/NC without issue. However, my Cisco VoIP Engineers don't use a Mac to setup softphones. I beleive they register these to AD usernames in each profile. I can find out more if needed.
is it possible to remove the unique MAC requirement? otherwise, non-MAC restrictions will be needed
