connections problems

I have a problem in connneting to the system,  Pulse secure pop up message saying "error 1319" my account and password not valid

I used to link in with name.surname and a password generated by the token, we always did like this in the company, can somebody help me urgently please?

Hi @sara,

'Authentication rejected by server' is not something we will be able to troubleshoot from the client side, I am sorry. We have to look on the server side to understand the why it's failing to authenticate you.

If you're sure that this had worked before in the same way, please get in touch with your IT helpdesk team to investigate this further.
