dshostcheck loaded but not initialized

dsHostChecker.exe seems being triggered by Pulse SetupClient.exe.

It is running without any end. I had been able to use this until last Nov.

I changed to another PC it is working and I could see the libwaapi is "initialized" after the line of :

0154,09 2019/03/21 20:06:53.381 3 DBS dsHostChecker.exe OpswatIMC p82536 t13CEC opsinterface.cpp:415 - 'EsapOpswatSDKV4' Successfully loaded the libwaapi module

On my PC, it has the above log of "loaded" but no further log expecially "initialized" as the work PC.

I would recommend opening a case with our support team for further investigation.
In the meantime:
does this happen with all browsers?
what version of ESAP is installed on the appliance?
what AV do you have installed?
can you add exceptions/whitelist applications to your AV?
