error with McAfee Total Protection 16.0 R35

i had installed McAfee Total Protection 16.0 R35

and when try to connect to my orgnization work to can connect to VPN as i work from home

first time it allow me to go throw the protal and connect to VPN but after that i get below error message as 

Reasons: McAfee Total Protection 16.0 R35 does not comply with policy. Compliance requires successful complete system scan. Required MAC address was not found

@m7md Perform full scan in McAfee and also mac address rule is failing. please check with your VPN service provider or VPN admin.
