external link redirect to a intra web resource issue

Hi, everyone:

My customer would like use external link redirect to intra web resource, when customer click the external link, it will display SA sign-in page, and then customer only need to lonin one time, and then page will redirect to web resource(SSO), in order to achieve this gaol,I refer to KB17408 http://kb.pulsesecure.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB17408&cat=ssl_vpn&actp=LIST

It can work on desktop/NB using IE/firefox/chrome/safari, and also work on Android smart phone using build-in browser and firefox, but it can't work on iphone4/5 using safari browser, I would like to know is this a iOS or browser compatible issue??

Could be iOS issue; which form of authentication are you using? When you look at the dsrecord between the iOS & other browsers, how do the details look?
