Wishing you a good day, I am new in an orgrnization, they have Pulse Connect Secure applinces and it has an old version, they want from me to upgrate its version to the latest one, but they don't have information for support account. Now I have the access to the PCS appliances, i can see all the information but for upgrade the version, I think I need the support account, because I did not find any option for upgrade inside the appliance.
Inshort kindly let me know that how can I recover our support account, or how can I upgrade PCS appliances.
