Have a UK user with an Android getting this error:  
"Login failed using auth server GoogleWorkspace (SAML Server). Reason: Empty Assertion". 

I could not find any documentation on how to troubleshoot this. Does anyone know?

do other logins to the same realm complete?
does this happen all the time or only after a successful login and disconnect (and fails until reboot)?
