I'm trying to get our iOS working with our Juniper SA2500. I've loaded both a machine and user certificate from Active Directory on the iPad, in addition to our root CA certificate.
In the Pulse add, when I press on Certificate all that appears is the word "Label" in red text. None of the certificates are listed. In iOS Settings > General > Profiles, I do see the listed certificates that I've installed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I created the cert and exported it with the private key, and then emailed the certificate to the device.
Enhanced Key Usage:
Client Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.2)
Secure Email (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.4)
Encrypting File System (1.3.6.1.4.1.311.10.3.4)
Key Usage:
Digital Signature, Key Encipherment (a0)
I do not have a JTAC case open.
I've created a case (2013-1112-0741) and attached the certificate. The Certificates option in Pulse just has the word "Label" in red text.
[EDIT] Added screenshot
What is the key usage on the certificate? Is it valid for client authentication? Do you have a open case with JTAC so I can review the public key of the certificate you are trying to use?
It looks like it has the right key usages. Can you take some screenshots of what appears in the Certificate options within Pulse app? I would suggest opening a case as well so we can review the Pulse logs and public key of the certificate to get a better understanding why the Pulse app does not recognize your certificate.
