I have read a vew KB's like the following
http://kb.pulsesecure.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=TN211
http://kb.pulsesecure.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB22244
And the logs show the user signs in but logged out 7 seconds later. The ipad says login was aborted. Now, we can login with Safari but as soon as VPN is selected it gets the same error. I am running 7.1R5 on a SA2500

Solved! Go to Solution.
This issue has been solved by adding default IP filter setting under
System > Network > Network connect
- The default value is *
- This filter setting is ment for clustered SA devices
If the SA is a standalone node, leave the default * value.
Thanks,
Suresh
Hi Scoutt,
Is it only happening with one iPad or more then one iPad / iPhone? We need to look at,
- iPad Pulse logs
- SA user access, event log
- Policy trace
to identify the cause. Please share above files to Jtac via case to analyze.
Thanks,
Suresh
It happens to all of them. case has been created. Thank you
