issue with AS5000 FIPS

we had a crach of the systems and we performed a factory reset of the unit. we now have two issues

1) we can not find smart reader nor card, so we are stuck at initilize card in the setup phase

2) we have a 1000 user lic that we are not able to use

anyone have any ideas?

can some one tell me the brand of smartcard we can use to create the admin cards, I now have a card reader but it does not like the smartcards I have.

- Without Smart card we cannot configure the SA.
- When there is an issue with the IVE, check for process snapshot, if no snapshot. Take a admin snapshot immediately after noticing the issue and take a screenshot of status overview page.
- Specify the time stamp of issue.
- Open a case with JTAC to find the root cause.

Note : For IVE cluster. logs should be collected from all nodes.
